RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return an item you purchased from Twisted Arms, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order.

30-day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means all items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.

Do you provide free return shipping?

For defective products, we will pay the return shipping cost and provide a label to you via email. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you will be required to provide and pay for your own return shipping label. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to process before you see the refund in your account. 

Is there any restocking fee?

Some returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the components originally supplied.

Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts will be deemed non-returnable.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us via the contact form on our website or email us directly at support@twistedarms.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. No exceptions. 

All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.

Damages / incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.

How will I get the return label?

For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.

Late or Missing Refunds:

All refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. If it has gone past this time, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.

Exchanges

We only exchange damaged, incorrect, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us using the contact form on the website or email us directly at support@twistedarms.com

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I change my shipping address?

Orders ship quickly and we may not be able to update your shipping address once your order is placed. Please contact us via the form on the website or email us directly at support@twistedarms.com and we can check the status of your order and let you know if we're able to change the shipping address.
